MSM Legacy

MSMLegacy

Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) is excited to announce a new component to the MSM's Admissions Process, MSMLegacy.

MSMLegacy is a unique program designed for our alumni with children who are interested in applying to Morehouse School of Medicine. Our alumni are the foundation of our institution and we are excited to support our constituents who hope to further their family’s legacy at MSM.

This program is the perfect opportunity for your son or daughter to help determine if a MSM White Coat is suited for them.

Program participants will:

  • Be paired with a Morehouse School of Medicine dean and faculty representative to facilitate a visit and the overall MSMLegacy experience.
  • Learn more about admissions criteria and statistics on the current student population.
  • Tour the MSM campus and health system, including state-of-the-art areas of the Medical Education Building.
  • Have lunch with one of our deans and a student.

Students who have completed their freshman year of undergraduate education and declared a major with a health career interest are eligible for participation in the MSMLegacy program. The optimal time for participation in the program is the summer following freshman year.

High school students and undergraduates entering their freshman year are welcome to register to receive information on ongoing educational outreach activities at MSM.

Please complete the MSMLegacy form if you are interested in taking part in, or learning more about, the program. A faculty representative from the Pipeline Program will contact you within five business days.

** MSMLegacy is a program offered solely by the MSM Pipeline Program, with support and cooperation from the Office of Admissions. MSMLegacy status does not factor into a student’s likelihood for acceptance into Morehouse School of Medicine.
